End of the Year Mission

Thanks to everyone who voted on my latest poll. You've all decided that you want me to end the year with the next chapter from Protector of Chaos 2: The Rising Nebula, which I haven't worked on since August, so now it's time to do POC some right and get that long-awaited chapter out. I've made it my mission to have it done before the end of the year. I've set everything else aside and will be focusing purely on POC 2 until that chapter is complete. With luck, I'll have it done before Christmas (cause I honestly shouldn't be working on Christmas or Christmas Eve), but if it takes me a little longer than that, then no worries. So long as it's done before 2014, I will be happy with myself and glad that I didn't let any of you down. I've been very lazy with POC this year, but I promise that will change next year (it's one of my New Year Resolutions!). But some good did come out of this year too. I'm able to properly cel-shade now, which is one biiiiiiiiiiiiiig leap from where I used to be.

I recently acquired two more coloring requests, and I'm very excited to get started on those as soon as POC 2's next chapter is done. I know I promised a few of you recently that I would check out your series. Don't worry, I didn't forget! I've just been very busy, is all, and I'm definitely still going to check them all out as soon as my desk is clear of pending tasks. Some of you may be happy to know that I commissioned again a few weeks ago, and it's not just Alter that he'll be illustrating this time! For 2014, I'm also going to remaster the other pics of Alter he made for me since my shading has drastically improved so much since I first colored them. Yep, this year was full of tons of crazy-fun experiments, and the end result was definitely worth it. Now I just need to figure out how to make friends with pencils and paper... but I'll leave that one up to the comics school that I should be attending in January.
